  1. Accepting these terms

    By using the HobbyCard website you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. HobbyCard is operated by HobbyCard PTY LTD in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

  2. Member accounts

    You need a member account to build collections, save valuations and publish content. Keep your login details secure and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

  3. Enquiries, not instant purchases

    Listings on this site are invitations to enquire. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract of sale. We will confirm availability, final price in AUD and payment details in writing before any sale is completed. Prices and stock can change without notice.

  4. Sealed products

    All hobby boxes we sell are supplied factory sealed. We do not open, alter or guarantee the contents of sealed products, and any odds of pulling specific cards are set by the manufacturer, not by HobbyCard.

  5. Valuations are estimates

    The valuation tool produces automated, indicative estimates based on the photos and details you supply. Estimates are not appraisals, grading opinions, financial advice, or an offer to buy. Always do your own research before buying or selling a card.

  6. Your content

    You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By publishing a collection you give us permission to display that content on the site. You must only upload content you have the right to use, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or offensive.

  7. Acceptable use

    • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
    • Do not impersonate another collector or misrepresent a card.
    • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

  8. Availability

    We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and may change, suspend or remove features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
