    HobbyCard PTY LTD ("HobbyCard", "we", "us") is a Sydney-based retailer of factory-sealed NBA hobby boxes and a platform for collectors to value and showcase their cards. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and how we handle it.

    • Account details you provide, such as your display name and email address.
    • Enquiry details you submit, including the product you are interested in and any message you write.
    • Card photos and card details you upload to the valuation tool.
    • Collection content you create, such as collection names, descriptions and images.
    • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device and browser type.

  3. How we use your information

    • To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
    • To create and maintain your member account.
    • To generate valuation estimates from the photos and details you submit.
    • To publish collections you have chosen to make public.
    • To improve the website and keep it secure.

  4. Valuation photos and AI processing

    When you use the valuation tool, the card photos and details you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider to read the card and produce an estimate. Estimates are indicative only and are not an offer to buy or sell. Do not upload photos containing personal information you do not want processed this way.

  5. Sharing your information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website (for example hosting, email delivery and AI processing), and where we are required to do so by law.

  6. Public collections

    Collections and cards you choose to publish are visible to anyone who visits the site, together with your display name and profile image. You can unpublish them at any time from your account.

  7. Cookies and local storage

    We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and track how many free valuations a guest has used. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

  8. Your choices

    You can update your name, email and password from your account settings, unpublish or delete collection content, and ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time.

  9. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as the platform grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
